We are writing this letter to express our deepest gratitude to Prudential realtor, Marlene Dietrich.  In addition, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to her entire team, especially her husband, Tony, and her son, Mike.

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to use Marlene's services as part of our corporate relocation package to Houston.  As I have been a life-long resident of Orange County, and we had raised our two daughters in the home Marlene was to sell, this was an especially emotional time.

There were no words to convey Marlene's sensitive approach, yet her strong desire to sell the home for top dollar.  We had a long list of dos and don'ts based on our family activities and two large, unruly dogs!

We were also impressed by her long list of service providers all of whom we would use again in the future as they were excellent.

The sale was handled beautifully, every "bump in the road" covered by Marlene within minutes.  She was absolutely calm throughout the process, making my husband and I always grateful that she was our Realtor!

At the conclusion of the relocation sale, we decided to purchase a smaller house here in Orange County to keep as our "summer home."  Needless to say, we went right to Marlene!  Marlene, Tony and Mike showed both new and used homes, answered all of our questions, and never tired of house-hunting.

This letter could certainly go on for pages, Marlene and her team deserve at least that much praise.  Everyone we came in contact with had the utmost respect for Marlene, and her excellent reputation extends throughout the county.

We now consider Marlene to be a genuine, trusted friend, and our realtor for life!
