Mike is married to a professional educator and instructional leader, Melissa Hall Bohinc. Melissa has been a teacher for 7 years; she taught 4th grade, bilingual, in Watsonville for two year and then 7th grade English Language Arts in Santa Ana for 5 years. Melissa is currently an Assistant Principal at Carr Intermediate School in the Santa Ana Unified School District. Melissa’s passion for all students to succeed is inspiring and motivating. She is known for working with parents and community members to ensure all students receive a quality education. Melissa believes in every student’s potential to achieve. She is indeed a dedicated and talented educator who cares about children and works very hard to ensure that they are successful. Monique Acosta is our office assistant. She brings many talents and skills to the Team. She is our in-house Girl Friday! She is very professional while interacting with our clients and assists the Team to provide information to our Sellers regarding feedback from Agents showing our listings. She makes our appointments to show homes, assists in creating our brochures, is responsible for adding media to our listings, and updates our website. She is very detailed oriented, a self-starter, learns quickly and really enjoys a challenge. Monique is also on top of not only scheduling our termite inspections, but meeting the Inspector at the property. She is a computer-wiz, she handles www.realtor.com and Ewebdesk updates, maintains our Client database and our picture library. Micky, our Transaction Coordinator carries a tremendous amount of responsibility for facilitating the sale of your home. From the time the contract is fully executed, Micky picks up all the pieces of the Escrow and keeps it all flowing smoothly until the successful close of escrow. Micky’s attention to detail and organization is amazing; she is on top of creating a timeline, working with all parties involved to keep everyone and all documents in order. Reminders are sent to alert everyone when a due date is close. Micky knows the legal requirements needed, exercises confidentiality and is very conscientious. Micky’s pleasant personality makes her a wonderful person to work with and someone you can count on to get the job done! We value Micky on our Team!
